What is the rental fee for Pike Lake Farms and what is all included?

What dates do you have available? 

Check out our availability page for available dates.  We do our best to keep this page up to date.  Please to hesitate to call if you have any questions.  

Do you require a deposit?  When are additional payments due?  Do you offer payment plans?

We require a signed contract plus $1000 deposit to secure your date.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.  You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments at any time prior to your wedding date.

How do I reserve a date? 

To reserve a date at Pike Lake Farms Wedding Venue we require a signed contract (this can be done in person or electronically) and $1000 deposit.  When you are ready to book, let us know which date and we can let you know if it's still available.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

Our tours are by appointment only, please call or email or fill out our contact us form and we'll schedule your tour!

Do you offer 1 day only rentals or only weekend rentals?

We offer exclusive three-day wedding rentals so our couples can enjoy a relaxed, stress-free wedding weekend with plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and soak in every moment.  We do occasionally offer one-day rentals upon request and availability.

Are there any overnight accommodations nearby?

Yes, we have a number of hotel accommodations nearby within 15 minutes of Pike Lake Farms.  Some of the hotels also offer shuttle services.  There are also Airbnb's located on Pike Lake all within 1/2mile from Pike Lake Farms Wedding Venue. 

Do you have a large parking lot?

Yes we have a large gravel/grass parking area very close to the venue with ample parking.

Do you offer round tables instead of banquet style tables?

We have 8 long wooden tables (15feet per table) plus the head table and 8 round tables (60".). There are also tables available for snacks, memorials, gifts etc.

Do you provide table linens, cups, plates, silverware etc?

We do provide white table linens for the round tables and white runners for the long wooden tables.  We do not provide cups, plate, silverware, napkins etc.

What happens if it rains?

We have 2 indoor backup spaces that can be used in case of inclement weather.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

Yes, you may bring your dog.  To ensure your dog's safety, please have it on leash at all times and have someone responsible for them. 

Can we bring in our own alcohol?  Can guests bring in their own alcohol?

Alcohol must be purchased through Pike Lake Farms.  No, guests may not bring in their own alcohol. 

Can vehicles be left over night?

The safety of our guests is our main priority.  So yes you or your guests may leave a vehicle overnight.  We just ask that you come back by 11am the next day to pick it up.   

What time does the music need to end?

Last call for the night will be at 10:45pm and all guests and vendors must be out by 11pm.

 What is your maximum capacity?

The dining room can fit 206 seated.  The maximum capacity at Pike Lake Farms Wedding Venue is 225.

Is your venue handicap accessible?

Yes, we have handicap parking, handicap accessible restrooms in the dining hall and the majority of the venue, other than the barn loft, is on the main floor.
